I often see new small business owners struggling to budget for their business. With so many expenses - from vinyl cutters to transaction fees - it's easy to underestimate how much you will need to spend and therefore, how much you should charge.
In an effort to help my fellow small business owners calculate their expenses so that they have an easier time succeeding in the future, I created this Sticker Business Expense Guide.
This guide is a Google Sheet template with a list of materials, equipment, and other expenses you will need to consider when starting and running a sticker business at home. It includes the obvious expenses like a printer and sticker paper, as well as the often overlooked items like a scale and vinyl cutter mat.
I also included estimates to give you an idea of how much it costs to make, ship, and run your online store. This template is completely customizable and will calculate the totals for you. It is perfect for budgeting and making sure that you are making profit!

In most cases, items are shipped via USPS. Cost of shipping depends on the weight and size of the package.
US orders over $50 ship USPS Ground for free!
- Processing times are 1-5 days after the order is received.
- USPS Ground (formerly First Class) typically arrives in 2-6 business days after processing.
- Stickers ship as letters via USPS without tracking, unless you choose a different option at checkout.
- Prints are typically shipped flat in rigid mailers, or in a box with other items.
- Framed prints or originals will be shipped in boxes.
♻️ Items are packaged with the planet in mind! I do my best to use eco-friendly materials where possible, such as recycled mailers, envelopes, and boxes, as well as keep plastic to a minimum ♻️
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
In-stock and pre-order items ship together on the pre-order ship date, unless a separate order is placed for in-stock items.
