Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

I accept returns and exchanges:

  • Contact me within 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery

I cannot accept returns on custom or sale items.

I cannot accept returns on digital download products.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss in any value.

If you want to start a return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Email me here: contact@leighannchandler.com with your order number and the reason for your return. I will then email with a return shipping label with USPS.
  2. Repackage your item as best you can in the original packaging and attach the provided label. Be sure to include a packing slip if one was included in your order.
  3. Drop off the package at your local post office or simply place it in your mailbox if it fits.
  4. Your refund will be sent to you as soon as the product is received. The cost of the return shipping will be taken out of the refund.
